Sciatica

The physiotherapist (Kieran) was excellent. Made me feel very comfortable and was very empathetic.

Lower Back Pain

Sports Injuries

Rehabilitation

Acupuncture

Five years, two Achilles repairs, one ankle ligament reconstruction, and I am now walking 50–60 miles a week pain free and climbing Munros again. That is what working with Stuart Mailer looks like.

Stuart is brilliant at pushing you beyond what you think is possible while keeping you safe. He tailored every rehab plan to the kit I had available at home — no gym required — and always found a way to progress the programme. His knowledge, patience, and encouragement made a real difference over what was a long and complex recovery.

If you need a physio who gets results and genuinely invests in your progress, look no further.

Knee Pain

Running Injuries

I cannot recommend Lianne Brunton at Pure Sports Medicine in Bank highly enough. She provided me with excellent, science-led advice and designed a tailored exercise programme that directly addressed my long-standing knee issue. Lianne's consistent feedback and adjustments allowed me to go from struggling with 10km runs when I first started attending to completing a 60km ultramarathon in October. Her expertise and commitment made all the difference – I'm beyond grateful!

Niamh was very professional and friendly. She provided lots of advice and support to get me past a setback with my recovery from Achilles rupture. I would definitely recommend both Niamh and the practice.

I doing Bhakti very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and spent time explaining exercises and how they would help improve my knee pain. My knee pain has is so much better now and I have found the experience very positive.

As above. The app is really helpful as well.
