Dr Finch studied dentistry at the University of Leeds, graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the Leeds Dental Institute in 2001. Committed to continuous post-graduate development, he completed a rigorous two-year course to earn a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2008. He subsequently attained a Master of Science with distinction in Clinical Dentistry, specialising in Restorative Dentistry, from the University of Leeds in 2010. He maintains professional membership with the Royal College of Surgeons.

Throughout his career, Dr Finch has developed key clinical focus areas in restorative dentistry, dental implantology, endodontics, and clear alignment orthodontics.
