Good morning Wanted to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU too Dr Reena Kotecha for everything she done for me in my pregnancy, carrying twins was so difficult at times and also stressful trying to prepare for birth but miss Reena was absolutely soooo amazing ,she made me feel so comfortable and was really informative in each step of the way of my pregnancy and was so honest and realistic in each step preparing me for the delivery of my twins. I’m so happy to have had her as my doctor for my pregnancy and couldn’t ask for anyone better she was perfect and made my pregnancy appointments so joyful and kept me super updated in everything she done and the reasons. I didn’t have to question or feel like I wasn’t sure of anything as she kept me overly informed of everything and had me in complete ease. Im so Thankful and grateful to have met her and to have had her as my doctor for my pregnancy she was honestly the BEST and a gos sent honestly. We have now had two babies under Miss Kotecha's care and she is an exceptional obstetrician. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and is incredibly supportive and reassuring. Dr Kotecha recently delivered our baby via Caesarean section. We were so well looked after, especially when things had to change very last minute. Reena made sure everything still remained calm, which was so reassuring

I’m so glad that we had Dr. Kotecha for our pregnancy care. We had additional scans and consultations to make sure everything was ok and she was always so thorough, informative, and reassuring. I felt very taken care of and appreciated her following up.

My husband and I met Dr. Kotecha in September shortly after conceiving our first baby. From September to May, we built a beautiful relationship on trust, friendship, kindness and respect. Every appointment with Dr. Kotecha was clear, informative and full of warmth. She made us feel safe, prepared and aware as the weeks passed and our due date approached. Once I went into labor, our months of building and trusting came into full force. Dr. Kotecha showed up for me, my husband and our baby in ways that we never expected. She was the team leader of an incredible force of women. At no point did we question her or her guidance and as she promised from day one of us meeting, she did everything to keep both me and my baby safe and cared for. Dr. Kotecha is special for many reasons but the one I will leave you with is that she has the ability and capacity to not only be the expert doctor in the room but also be your friend, your safe space and your coach. I consider myself lucky beyond measure to have had the chance to work with her and always will!

I cannot recommend Dr. Kotecha enough. I was extremely anxious about giving birth again after a traumatic first delivery experience with another doctor. On top of that, I had to find a new doctor at 25 weeks for this pregnancy, which was a stressful experience! As soon as I found Dr Kotecha, she was incredibly caring, empathetic, and genuinely listened to me throughout the pregnancy and delivery. She always made me feel calm, safe, and comfortable — never once did I feel uneasy or dismissed. Her reassurance, patience, and availability (even over the phone when I needed support) meant so much to me. I truly feel that this experience helped heal some of the trauma I carried from my first birth. The entire delivery team was also amazing — supportive, communicative, and reassuring every step of the way. They always explained what to expect and created such a positive, relaxed atmosphere. I was even playing my afrobeats playlist during delivery and genuinely felt at ease. My csecrion recovery has also been straightforward with only a small incision. For anyone who feels anxious or fearful about childbirth, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kotecha. She made what could have been a frightening experience feel empowering, safe, and deeply positive.

We have had the best experience with Dr. Kotecha and can wholeheartedly recommend her. As a scientist, I really enjoyed the in-depth explanations about various questions my husband and I had. Dr. Kotecha is very professional, caring and knowledgeable and we felt in the best hands throughout.

I cannot thank Dr. Kotecha enough for the exceptional care I received. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and compassionate with good knowledge of my medical history. Having previously experienced a stillbirth, I carried a lot of fear and anxiety into my pregnancy journey, but Dr. Kotecha showed a level of empathy and understanding that truly set her apart.
