The final follow up phone call was reassuring and I was invited to contact him if I have any worries moving forward. Altogether a positive experience and I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Chitsabesan to anyone in need of advice or treatment related to gastrointestinal issues.

My experience was excellent. Mr Chitsabesan was of course very professional as you would expect given he is an expert in his field. What stood out is the way he engages, in a very friendly authentic way, with clear explanations and actively open to questions. I did not feel rushed even though I am sure he is incredibly busy. This makes such a difference in medical consults and procedures. It really stands out as excellent patient care.

We then discussed what the best form of action would be and he gave me some exercises and advice for certain scenarios. He then said we will meet again in a couple of months to discuss how it’s going.
