Mr D’hooghe came down to the treatment room and assessed my wound and gave me instruction for the next step in recovery
From start to finish, my experience with Pieter D’Hooghe has been exceptional. He’s incredibly personable, kind and accommodating, and always makes you feel genuinely cared for rather than just another patient. What stands out most is how much trust and confidence he gives you. He’s clearly absolutely incredible at what he does and exceptionally skilled, but still takes the time to listen properly, answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable and informed throughout. Overall it’s been a genuinely wonderful experience and an absolute pleasure to be under his care. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
This Doctor is at the top of his profession. After an incorrect diagnosis elsewhere I was recommended by Prof Schilders to see Mr D’Hooghe. What a fantastic decision that was. From start to finish Mr D’Hooghe put me at ease, filled me with confidence and correctly diagnosed my Achilles injury. Through his support and treatment plan I recovered from a 2/3 rupture in just over 4 months and I am back now about to represent Wales at tennis. Treated like a vip throughout - I would not go to anyone else.
Nothing but praise, a really high standard of care and felt very well looked after, great team . Thankyou so much for your professionalism

Outstanding in every way. From professional competence to communication. Couldn t be more pleased.
Had my cast removed. Great detail and manner. Very informative but comes across professional and friendly. Had a nurse help with my removal of cast and boot fitting which was very useful too.
