Ms Petra Selecka

Petra Selecka is a Chartered MSK Physiotherapist at Bodyset Battersea and Kings Cross, driven by a lifelong passion for exercise, dance, and art. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy at the University of St Cyril and Methodius in Trnava, Slovakia, in 2017.

Petra brings a wealth of expertise to her practice, specialising in treating outpatients with a focus on MSK and neurology. Her areas of expertise include addressing back pain, flat feet, hallux valgus, post-fracture and post-surgery conditions, joint replacements, joint pain, peripheral nerve injuries, peripheral facial palsy, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren’s contracture, tendinopathies, tendon tears, and ligament issues.

In her therapeutic approach, Petra employs a diverse range of techniques tailored to individual needs, including deep tissue massage, scar tissue release, post-isometric relaxation, joint mobilisation, joint traction, stretching, reflex massage, kinesiotaping, breathing exercises, strengthening exercises, mobility exercises, as well as balance and stability exercises. Petra is committed to providing comprehensive and personalised care, contributing to the wellbeing and physical empowerment of her patients.
