Paul was very professional and easy to like. Made me feel very comfortable and explained things in clear and concise language.
It was great. Patient kind and answered all my questions.
A lovely, caring doctor. Thank you so much for listening to my concerns regarding my low iron. For the first time in ages I felt seen and heard.
I cannot recommend Dr. Paul Ferguson highly enough. Throughout a particularly challenging time of illness, his medical expertise was matched by his dedication to ensuring I felt supported. What sets Dr. Ferguson apart is his exceptional communication; he was highly responsive whenever concerns arose, providing the kind of reassurance that is invaluable during a difficult period. He went above and beyond by supporting my family while I was hospitalised and proactively liaising with other hospitals and medical disciplines to coordinate the best possible treatment. He is incredibly approachable, easy to talk to, and carries a natural confidence that made me feel I was in the best possible hands. He is a brilliant hematologist and a true advocate for his patients.
Referral for an iron transfusion, I was given all the information I needed and I feel reassured the necessary checks will be done to rule out any possible health conditions.
Very friendly Dr. Reassuring manner, listens to concerns. Overall a very good experience.
Saw Dr Ferguson this morning at Wolverhampton Nuffield Hospital. He was very understanding of my situation regarding ongoing recovery from DVT. He considered the circumstances and was thorough in his diagnosis and explanation of the condition. His advice regarding continued recovery, and planning around future travel and health were very reassuring. Exactly the outcome I was hoping for.
Dr Ferguson is obviously a man very experienced in his field. He is explicit and easily understood and ensures you are fully aware of the treatment you are receiving. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Ferguson.
Very informative explaining tests that were needed to determine a correct diagnosis. Very nice person and will look forward to my follow up appointment.
