I recently attended a consultation with Dr Ferguson and found the experience to be very reassuring and professional. From the outset, he took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and medical history without rushing the appointment. He explained my condition and the possible causes in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was his thoroughness and attention to detail. He reviewed my test results carefully and clearly outlined the next steps, including any additional investigations that might be needed. I felt that my questions were taken seriously, and I was given enough time to ask everything I needed. The overall atmosphere during the consultation was calm and respectful, which helped ease some of the anxiety I had beforehand. I left the appointment feeling more informed and confident about my situation and the plan moving forward. I would recommend Dr Ferguson to anyone looking for clear communication, professionalism and patient focused care.
