Composite Filling

General Dentistry

It was all good as usual. My previous appointment was cancelled because the dentist in question was stuck in traffic.

This is fine, it happens but I believe that in instances like this, I should be given credit to the same amount that you would charge me if I didnt show.

I understand it might be a differing amount but the principle stands, I had to make time out of my working day which costs me and my company. I think it's only fair that this penalty goes both ways.

I look forward to hearing from you on this matter.

Ben

Dental Implants

If you need dental help with missing teeth… possibly incurred through an accident…. This is certainly the dental practice to come to! The staff were polite and very thorough…. Getting implants were very easy….meticulously competent, excellent, patient and kind… telling one every move they were going to take… for me.. it all went extremely well…without too much pain…. Explained everything that they were going to do…. Step by step. Although it was a long time to wait for the finished dental implants and bridge…. It was certainly excellent to be able to smile again!!
All I can say is …. An absolute pleasure to be their customer ….. and they took all the care they could possibly take to make me feel comfortable and I felt that I was special!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING…,

Wisdom Tooth Removal

Dr Wright was amazing! I found her very calming and friendly, she totally put me at ease from the minute I walked in her room until I left. She chatted me through everything and made sure I understood and was comfortable. Her and the dental nurse were really great and made the experience a lot better!
