His work in cosmetic dentistry gained national recognition through his appearances on all four series of the popular TV show "Extreme Makeover UK," while practising at Oasis Dental Care in the City of London. Dr. Harman is also an accomplished author and lecturer, frequently sharing his expertise in cosmetic and laser dentistry.

Throughout his career, Dr. Harman has been awarded three prestigious Aesthetic Dental Awards in 2010, 2012, and 2015, in recognition of his excellence in complex dental makeovers.
