The schedule was running late, but I didn’t need to be anywhere after so that was ok with me. Had an xray and then meeting with Mr Shannak. He is always very polite and puts you at ease, as consultations can be an anxious time.

I recently underwent a total left hip replacement and the treatment I received from Mr Shannak and his team was first classs I can’t praise them enough

From the very beginning, I felt listened to and reassured. Mr Shanna’s took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and keep me fully informed throughout the process, which made such a difference to my confidence going into the surgery. The surgery itself went really well, and I am so grateful for the care and expertise shown. I would also like to recognise the incredible nursing staff. They were kind, attentive, and so supportive during those first difficult stage of my recovery. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their compassion and encouragement made a challenging time so much easier to get through.
