Mrs Nina Saund

Nina Saund is a Specialist Dietitian, Biochemist and founder of You Me Nutrition, supporting people with gastroenterology conditions, oncology and cancer-related nutrition, food allergies and intolerances, complex weight management and nutrition support in community, primary care and mental health settings.

She has over 13 years of combined NHS and freelance experience, working across GP clinics, domiciliary care, nursing homes and specialist services, and is skilled in managing conditions such as IBS and IBD (including low FODMAP), coeliac disease, pancreatitis, bile acid malabsorption, Type 2 diabetes (including GLP-1 therapies), PCOS and obesity (including Tier 3 services).

Drawing on her background in biochemistry and clinical research, Nina provides evidence-based, highly personalised nutrition plans and uses behaviour change approaches such as motivational interviewing to help patients set realistic goals and achieve sustainable improvements in health, quality of life and long-term self-management.
