Dr Nicola Gullick

Dr Nicola Gullick is an experienced Consultant Rheumatologist who delivers comprehensive, patient-centred care for individuals living with complex joint, muscle, and autoimmune conditions. Recognised for her compassionate and thorough clinical approach, Dr Gullick works closely with patients to accurately diagnose inflammatory conditions, relieve persistent discomfort, and improve long-term joint health. Her clinical practice focuses on creating tailored management plans that integrate modern medical therapies with supportive, ongoing care.

Dr Gullick qualified in medicine from the University of Nottingham in 1999, earning her Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSci) and Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) degrees. She completed higher specialist training in Rheumatology alongside earning a Master of Science (MSc) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Rheumatology from King's College London. Dr Gullick is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP) and holds active memberships with the British Society for Rheumatology and the British Psoriatic Arthritis Consortium, where she serves as Chair and Trustee.

Throughout her career, Dr Gullick has developed dedicated expertise in inflammatory joint disease, with a particular focus on psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and spondyloarthropathy. She leads advanced research into novel treatment strategies, biologic therapies, and ultrasound imaging techniques used to evaluate joint inflammation.
