Dr. Mugdha Kulkarni

Dr Mugdha Kulkarni is a Consultant in Fertility and Reproductive Medicine with over two decades of medical experience, including more than 12 years specialising in fertility care. She is known for providing comprehensive, patient-centred reproductive services, with particular expertise in outpatient hysteroscopy and paediatric and adolescent gynaecology.

Her clinical practice covers the full spectrum of fertility treatment, including assisted reproductive technologies, gamete donation, surrogacy, and fertility preservation. Dr Kulkarni adopts a collaborative approach to care, placing strong emphasis on shared decision-making so that patients feel informed, supported, and actively involved throughout their treatment journey. This compassionate and personalised methodology has helped many individuals and couples achieve their family-building goals.

Dr Kulkarni completed her MBBS at Pune University, followed by an MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Shivaji University. She further advanced her skills with a Diploma in Advanced Gynaecological Endoscopy from Kiel University in Germany. She is both a Fellow and Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, and holds active memberships with the British Fertility Society, the European Society of Human Reproduction & Embryology, and the British Society for Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Kulkarni has made significant academic contributions through peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and presentations at international conferences. She is also committed to global health, undertaking volunteer medical work in East Africa to help improve access to healthcare in underserved communities.
