Ms Jo Allen

Ms Jo Allen is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Systemic Family Therapist. They provide individual, couples and family therapy, as well as supervision. They offer a collaborative approach to therapy, working together towards the change you want. This can be either for an agreed period of time or for longer periods as required. Their systemic qualifications and work with families have provided specific skills in exploring relationships, understanding the impact of family and relationships on individuals, and learning ways to cope with the complexity of life.

They will offer different exercises and strategies to help you make sense of difficult experiences and move forward with managing your thoughts and emotions. They value compassionate ways of working to empower people to take charge of their own lives. Their training allows different ways of working, from structured approaches to more explorative, creative approaches.
