I cannot thank Dr Grace and the entire team enough for making my egg-freezing journey such a positive experience. From my very first consultation, Dr Grace was incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions with patience, and always made me feel supported and reassured. Egg freezing can feel like a daunting and emotional journey, but I felt completely cared for throughout. The nursing staff were wonderful—friendly, professional, and always available to provide guidance and encouragement. The communication from the team was excellent, and I always knew what to expect at each stage. The egg collection procedure itself was much smoother than I anticipated, and I felt safe and well looked after from beginning to end. Choosing to freeze my eggs has given me a real sense of peace of mind for the future, and I am so grateful to have had such an experienced and caring team supporting me. A special thank you to Dr Grace for her expertise, kindness, and genuine care. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and empowering. From the very beginning of our journey, Dr Grace had treated us with the upmost care, thoughtfulness and had always provided us with excellent, expert advice throughout. Dr Grace is so very personable; we always felt safe asking questions and our interactions were always dealt with sensitively. The journey to conceive can be a rollercoaster and we just feel incredibly lucky to have had Dr Grace guide and nurture us through it. From our first consultation to our last, I truly felt as though she was really committed to seeing our treatment succeed but was also honest and open about success rates.
