Mrs Gina John

Mrs Gina John is an Osteopath who combines their extensive knowledge of biomechanics, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and movement therapy to provide a holistic and patient-centred approach.

Clinical practice is informed by years of experience working with a diverse range of patients, from individuals with chronic pain to those recovering from injuries. Gina is  passionate about helping patients understand the root cause of their discomfort and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

Gina John utilises a variety of gentle, effective techniques to address a wide range of musculoskeletal imbalances. These may include joint mobilisation, massage,  dry needling/medical acupuncture, stretching, and exercise prescription. Gait assessment and provision of  prescription orthotics is also an area of expertise.

For patients with chronic neck, shoulder, arm or wrist symptoms may be offered a workplace or remote desk assessment. 

Gina believes in creating a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with patients to achieve good recovery.
