Mr Nigam has always made me comfortable and that my life has value. He has consistently provided a clear explanation of the situation regarding prostate cancer, enabling me to comprehend the treatment options and potential adverse effects. In July 2023 I received the NanoKnife procedure which was a day case in London. There was no discomfort with the operation, just the matter of taking it easy for a few weeks afterwards. Life is now back to normal and my recent test demonstrated that my PSA is excellent.

Raj and I work together in the Focal Therapy Clinic Multidisciplinary team. He is a clinician with great insight in to the potential harms of prostate cancer treatment as he combines his role in prostate cancer diagnostics and ablation with a specialist interest in andrology. Raj has worked to reduce such harms through becoming a skilled prostate focal ablation practitioner and he bears a wealth of experience and an approach that tends to the individual needs of men.
Mr Tim Dudderidge
Mr Raj Nigam is an expert urologist, specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of men with early prostate cancer and men with problems due to infertility. He has decades of experience in treating men by focal therapy using HIFU and cryotherapy. He is extremely honest, has a pleasant demeanour and will always give the best opinion to the patient in front of him regardless of other interests. I endorse him as a specialist in prostate cancer and infertility.
Mr Marc Laniado
I would like to encourage any patient looking for an experienced and patient centred approach to go and see Raj. He has been an enthusiast of focal HIFU and cryotherapy for many many years. His understanding of the need for a low morbidity treatment for early prostate cancer was way ahead of his time. Only recently, have I come to share his view, that precision diagnostics allow precision treatments with lower morbidity. Thank you Raj for being a leading light.
