Mr Sinha was brilliant in reviewing our situation and providing reassuring advice relating to the emergency pilonidal cyst surgery my daughter had to have. He took the time to listen and then provide reassurances relating to some issues we have had in her recovery. He was very friendly and made it very easy for my 19 year old daughter to discuss such a sensitive issue. We will definitely reach out to him again but hope we won't have to!
