Qualifications

Trichy Rajagopal is a Consultant Spinal Surgeon at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading. He qualified in 1993 and completed post-graduate orthopaedic training in India. He did his Basic Surgical Training
rotation in Wales 2001-03. He completed his Specialist Registrar training in Trauma and Orthopaedics on the North-West Thames orthopaedic rotation. As part of the rotation, he trained as a Spinal Fellow at Reading for a year. He also completedanother year of Spinal Fellowship at the Centre for Spinal Studies and Surgery, Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham which is an internationally reputed spinal centre.

He worked as a Consultant Spinal Surgeon at the Hull and East Yorkshire HS trust from 2011 to 2013, before taking up his current job at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in 2013.
