Explained throughout my treatment what to expect, including potential risks and the honesty was welcome.

Mr Henderson restored my sight, chose the least invasive method for doing that which reflected my particular circumstances, and his pre- and post-operative care was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

On my most recent visit I had a scan to measure for the new lens and this was done promptly although I had come before the time of my appointment. The lady was kind and reassuring.

I rarely give "excellent" ratings for anything I'm, afraid, but Mr Henderson was very good and close to it. Perhaps a little more of an opportunity to explain the post operative symptoms would be helpful. For example, double vision was only mentioned at the last minute and for some, the experience would be worrying.

He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedure and educated me about potential risks. I felt in safe hands with Mr Henderson and would recommend him to anyone who has to undergo a vitrectomy. I am feeling more relaxed now to have my second vitrectomy in March and so far have no complication and all my floaters are gone and the air bubble completely dissolved after one week. Thank you for having a significant impact on improving my life quality Dr Henderson!
