Mr Rekesh Patel

Mr. Rekesh Patel is a highly experienced senior clinician with over 12 years of dedicated expertise in audiological care. He holds an honours degree in Biomedical Science and a Master’s degree in Audiological Science from University College London. His career has spanned both the NHS and private sectors, including prestigious roles on Harley Street and other private institutions, ultimately leading to the founding of Total Hearing.

Mr. Patel specialises in diagnostic audiology and auditory rehabilitation, with a strong focus on the expert fitting and verification of hearing aids. He has extensive experience in rehabilitating adults with tinnitus, hyperacusis, and auditory processing disorders, and is a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). His skill set also includes specialist treatments and procedures such as ear wax removal via microsuction and fitting the Lyric, a semi-permanent invisible hearing aid.

In addition to his clinical expertise, Mr. Patel has a specialist interest in tinnitus, hyperacusis, and auditory processing disorders, and has successfully rehabilitated many individuals over the years. His approach is holistic, aiming to improve patients' quality of life through tailored treatment plans.
