Rekesh provided an excellent service, sorting my (and my sons) ear wax removal in no time. Very professional and quick. It's a smart clean building located conveniently in Wimbledon Village. Have used for a few years and would recommend to anyone. Very friendly.
I have been visiting Rekesh for a couple of years now following my wife attending for hearing aids and previously being recommended by a friend. We are all thoroughly happy with the service we receive and have no hesitation in recommending Rekesh
Rekesh explained everything from the outset very clearly. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful and very understanding of my concerns and I have no have hesitation in recommending to any prospective clients with hearing difficulties.
I only had to wait because the patient before me was late. I found the audiologist was very clear about what he was doing and where I might need to do going forward.
I arrived early, but was seen almost immediately. Rekesh Patel, who carried out the hearing test, was polite, friendly and efficient. He explained everything that he was doing and then went through the results in detail with me afterwards.
Rekesh and the team at Total Hearing were extremely helpful fitting me in for a last minute booking to have an audiogram/hearing test completed. Rekesh was excellent and explained everything to me in a clear and friendly manner. Any questions I had were answered immediately, my test results were sent off straight away and I left feeling confident that I was able to return to work with my hearing on the mend.
Rekesh was so welcoming and friendly, and he took the time to answer all my questions about tinnitus in detail, as well as giving me a full hearing test. He is clearly extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and his warmth and professionalism were highly reassuring and helpful. Absolutely outstanding.
The clinic is very lovely and clean. The parking can be a little bit of a pain, but not surprising as it’s in Wimbledon village. Lovely location and very bright
