Total Hearing

I only had to wait because the patient before me was late. I found the audiologist was very clear about what he was doing and where I might need to do going forward.

I arrived early, but was seen almost immediately. Rekesh Patel, who carried out the hearing test, was polite, friendly and efficient. He explained everything that he was doing and then went through the results in detail with me afterwards.

Rekesh and the team at Total Hearing were extremely helpful fitting me in for a last minute booking to have an audiogram/hearing test completed. Rekesh was excellent and explained everything to me in a clear and friendly manner. Any questions I had were answered immediately, my test results were sent off straight away and I left feeling confident that I was able to return to work with my hearing on the mend.

Rekesh was so welcoming and friendly, and he took the time to answer all my questions about tinnitus in detail, as well as giving me a full hearing test. He is clearly extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and his warmth and professionalism were highly reassuring and helpful. Absolutely outstanding.

The clinic is very lovely and clean. The parking can be a little bit of a pain, but not surprising as it’s in Wimbledon village. Lovely location and very bright

I have a narrow right ear canal and so was somewhat concerned as to how difficult the 'procedure' might be - but I need not have worried; it was totally pain-free with no discomfort whatsoeve and, as a result, I would not hesitate to recommend this practice. This is a truly excellent service. I had been to another ear wax removal specialist a few days earlier who had failed to unblock my ears after half an hour of trying. I have a particular shape of ear canal that causes the wax to sit stubbornly on the ear drum. Rekesh is very personable and knowledgable and has a lovely comfortable treatment room. Within a few minutes he had completely unblocked both my ears, almost effortlessly. I was delighted and I highly recommend this service.

My husband and I both saw Rekesh and are really impressed. A first class ear specialist who from the outset listens attentively, explains clearly and makes you feel at ease. My hearing test and wax removal from both ears were pain-free even though there was some wax on my actual eardrum. My husband got great advice on how to manage with wax buildup in his ears and on what to do and importantly not to do & when to have it removed. Highly recommended.
