Mr Peter Revington

Mr Peter Revington is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at the Bristol Royal Infirmary/Bristol Children's Hospital. He qualified both in dentistry and medicine and completed his higher surgical training at Kings College Hospital. He was appointed as a Consultant Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon at Frenchay Hospital in December 1994 and then moved to the Bristol Royal Infirmary/Bristol Children's Hospital, his current NHS base, when Frenchay Hospital closed in 2014.

Mr Revington has extensive experience in facial deformity surgery and cleft lip and palate surgery. He is a member of the Cleft Team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. Mr Revington is also an expert in facial trauma surgery and temporomandibular joint surgery. He has a keen interest in salivary gland disease as well.

Mr Revington is a member of the BMA, a Fellow of the British Association of Oral & Maxillofacial surgeons and is a member of the court of examiners for the Joint Intercollegiate Specialty Board.
