I saw Me Colbert at the Winterbourne Hospital, Dorchester. He was kind and attentive, and very helpful. He explained things clearly and set my mind at ease. Overall a very good experience.
Extremely good explanation of all possible routes. Answered all of my questions satisfactorily. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
Clear, compassionate and knowledgeable- exactly what you want from a consultation.
I am truly grateful to Mr Colbert who carried out my minor operation in the most reassuring and excellent professional manner. I honestly could not have asked for a better outcome, thank you for the fantastic care and support.
Removal of facial BCC efficiently carried out. Discharge from the wound site began the next day. After a week seen by Mr Colbert who found it not infected. Still discharging so checked the next day by nurses and a doctor who described antibiotics and took a swab. Six days later seen again by Mr Colbert. Not infected, and some slight improvement. Seen again a week later, this the final visit. Advive given but no further action and the wound began to improve sonn after.
Mr Colbert was excellent at putting me at ease and explaining the procedure. He was also very happy to see me after procedure to answer questions about the healing process and kept me informed about awaiting test results.
empathetic, listens, clear advice and explanations, kind
Very supportive patient manner and sewing up of the biopsy site in the mouth - no pain at all.
Although I feel Mr. Colbert did an excellent surgical procedure on my nose, I was hoping he would be able to perform corrective surgery to help my breathing. He had implied that he could when I saw him in October. When I saw him in February, he said further surgery would leave me disfigured so I feel he backtracked a little and I was very disappointed. There is no doubt he is an exceptional surgeon.
I have known Serryth for many years, Serryth is an excellent surgeon, a great colleague and friend to have, I have great admiration for Serryth and I could not recommend him enough for his fine surgical skills.
