Superb visit from the Monet I arrived to meeting Mr Mendoza who carefully and clearly explained the options available to me for my illness and the next steps. Very much appreciated his approach and the transparency in our discussions.
Not recommended, you are essentially made to feel you are wasting your time and that your lower back pain is nothing and that you have to put up with it. Why do I work and strive hard all my life to get such poor service and treatment? If I am paying for private insurance I expect high standards and not be turned away because my problem isn't an issue. Not recommended!
Already responded to the previous field - I greatly appreciated Mr Mendoza's ability to explain things to me in language that we non-medical people can understand, and which took full account of the concerns I have
