Mr Michael Gaunt is a nationally recognised vascular surgeon with over 33 years' clinical experience.  His practice aims to combine the highest surgical and academic standards with a sympathetic and relaxed environment to achieve the best clinical and cosmetic results possible.  Mr Michael Gaunt specialises in the minimally invasive treatment of varicose veins and is one of the most experienced surgeons in the UK.

During a distinguished clinical and academic career Mr Michael Gaunt has won national and international awards, written several surgical textbooks and published many scientific papers.

Mr Michael Gaunt is a friendly and approachable consultant, committed to providing excellent service to his patients. He is married with two children, and enjoys running, watching football, reading and music in his spare time.
