Mr Lamah was very helpful, friendly and most importantly, he listened to my questions i had and showed an interest in my concerns, I found him Supportive and he didn’t rush me atall. He explained what the next step would be moving forward. Felt comfortable discussing my sorrow with him. He had an excellent “bedside manner!”
First visit to the Surgical department outpatients since coming out of hospital and a chance to meet Mr Marc Lamah in person . I couldn’t thank him and his team enough for what they did for me and how he reassured and explained everything to my wife and son during those first few hours of being admitted.
Re my recent appointment, Mr Lamah as usual gave me very informative and professional advice.
I found Mr Malah to be very reassuring and clear with his explanations and advice. He did exactly what he said he would do and his follow up was also outstanding. Mr Lamah put me at ease and made sure that I understood what had happened with my surgery some months ago, what was currently happening and would I could expect to happen in the future. His correspondence was extremely efficient and I cannot recommend him highly enough!
Marc was very clear on his explanations and approachable if any doubts.
