About Mr Malcolm Rawes

Mr Malcolm Rawes is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon and Senior Lecturer at Leeds University. He has a special interest in the lower limb, joint replacement, knee surgery, and arthroscopy. Mr Rawes performs a range of operations, including cemented and uncemented hip replacements, hip and knee revision procedures, knee replacements, and knee arthroscopy. Mr Rawes undertook a hip fellowship at Wrightington and a knee fellowship at Arrowe Park Hospital, as well as an AO trauma fellowship in Florida. Mr Rawes is also an instructor on Advanced Trauma Life Support courses and he is on the faculty of the AO Basic and Advanced Fracture Fixation courses.
