Precise, caring, confidence-inspiring. From the initial diagnosis to discussion of alternatives to pre-op, op, rehab and followup, Mr Hutt and his entire team showed flawless dedication and competence. He was frank and upfront of the possible effects of the direct anterior approach (some numbness, swelling etc) thus diffusing any concern when they temporarily happened. Special mention goes to Thelma, the practice nurse, for her welcome counsel that recovery was ‘like a series of controlled car crashes’ in response to my ankle swelling on day two (that lasted a day). So here I am six weeks later. Walking with no crutch, including up and down stairs. Putting on socks (a revelation after eight months of pain). Clipping toe nails. Scar healed and no hip pain. Well into rehab. A Swiss watch should run as smoothly. Many many thanks from a grateful patient.

Dr Jonathan Hutt was very clear when explaining my hip replacement. His bedside manor was first rate and I am grateful for the excellent job he did. He literally gave me back my quality of life and for that I am grateful and would highly recommend him and the anger method of surgery.

Dr Hutt is excellent at what he does and I have always felt very safe in his hands. He is very professional and I have had both hips done with him for PAO and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you for everything!
