Mr Idris Moudi

Idris Moudi is available for appointments at Garry Trainer Clinic on the following days and times:

Wednesday - 9am to 12pm, Saturday - 12pm to 6pm

Mr Moudi is a former professional dancer with a special interest in movement based therapies. He graduated from the London School of Osteopathy with a first class degree and also won the 2007 technique prize. He is a qualified Pilates and Gyrotonic teacher and has completed post-graduate studies in medical acupuncture, functional biomechanics with the Gray Institute and exercise therapy with Kinetic Control.

Mr Moudi continues to work in the field of professional dance and has worked with the English National Ballet, Rambert Dance Company, Laban Centre and Elmhurst Ballet School. He is frequently trained in new techniques in order to give a fresh perspective to help his patients achieve better results.

He has a keen interest in sports and dance-related injuries and uses many movement therapies in his practice to restore proper flexibility, strength and alignment.
