Fantastic experience from start to end. Mr Rudol was very friendly and professional. Put my mind at ease straight away that I was in good hands. He listened to my symptoms and concerns and clearly explained why I was in pain and how surgery would help.

I was welcomed into the Room by Mr Rudol himself and asked to sit down and make myself Comfortable! He asked how I was! Absolutely Wonderful thank you so much - you and your Team have given me a new lease of life! His Bedside manner was excellent! I had my pre thought questions written down! He answered them one by one . and answered others that arose! I checked my list! Mr Rudol Listened to me , he had good eye contact he explained everything, answered questions, showed me the X Rays, allowed my Son to take a Photograph! Told me what might happen in the future! Not everyone is as fortunate as me! This was my second Spinal Surgery Previous Decompression and Fusion Lumber 5,4,3,2. This time Decompression L1,2,3. 4 hours Surgery! I had not walked outside for 6 years! Not walked at all 8 months and only a few steps for 2-3 years in terrific pain! A miracle! Having had pain for so long I suppose I am NOT exactly pain free but it feels wonderful! He said unfortunately at this stage he had to discharge me !! I do know what to do if I ever need to see him again! Thank you! Forever grateful A big Bear Hug and Good Bye! A very Satisfied Customer! 4 years previously he had told me he wouldn’t want to attempt Surgery! There is a lot that can go wrong as he explained before the Surgery! I went forward in Faith!

Mr Rudolph is the most intelligent, kind and courteous consultant /surgeon I have ever met. He was so quick to diagnose my nerve decompression symptoms and get me through the surgery I needed to give me the best chance of a full recovery. I am so grateful to him and cannot express my thanks enough. Any patient is lucky to be under his care!

Saw Mr Rudol regarding neck and back issues in 2025 and unfortunately needed further advice after a fall down the stairs in Feb 2026. On every occasion he was kind sympathetic and extremely focused. Arranged for extensive tests to achieve a diagnosis and then was able to agree a way forward for my recovery. It transpired three months after my fall that I had fractured my sacrum despite GP originally stating I just had a bruised back, wish I had arranged to see Mr Rudol immediately after my accident. Highly recommended.
