A problem with severe haemerroids that I have suffered with for over 10 years, finally resolved to have treated. Whislt I had grave concerns about the treatment, all of these were managed with extreme professionalism, kindness and understanding. The procedure was, as explained in advance, painful to recover from, however Mr Courtney was on hand when needed and supported by a very caring team, and were able to reassure me at every step post operatively. At only 2 weeks post surgery, my life has been improved immeasurably. I am very grateful to Mr Courtney and all the team that have cared for me through this procedure, and would like to thank them for my much improved quality of life.

The only doctor who has really listened and taken the time not just to understand the medical side but also the impact on my life. I will forever be grateful for this and wish I had found Mr Courtney many years sooner.

Mr Courtney was very caring and listened to the numerous symptoms I have been experiencing. He discussed each part of the treatment and followed up each action. He also referred me to colleagues to deal with the diagnosis and treatment.
