I also wanted to share my wonderful experience of the hospital itself. First and foremost, the hospital was immaculately clean everywhere I went — it felt fresh, well-maintained, and hygienic at all times. It really put my mind at ease.
 
Every single member of staff I met was polite, friendly, and professional. From the moment I arrived, clear instructions were given to me straight away — not just by Dr. Joseph’s team, but by everyone I spoke to along the way. No matter who I came across, whether at reception, on the wards, or in the corridors, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable and well cared for. Everyone took the time to be kind and helpful, and it made such a difference to my whole experience.
 
I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone. It’s clear that everyone who works there truly cares about their patients. Thank you to the whole team for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.
