I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. Dr Fenn was extremely professional, knowledgeable and clearly knew his stuff. He took the time to listen to me, never made me feel rushed, and explained everything clearly while giving me his honest opinion and advice. I felt completely listened to and reassured throughout. I would highly recommend him and love my new breasts. He really is the best.

Dr Fenn is a very attentive doctor who clearly cares about delivering the right results for you. I cannot recommend Mr Fenn and his wonderful team enough! Mr Fenn was very kind and professional throughout the entire process. He has many years of experience. He fully understood my vision and gave me a very natural looking result. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured. Sarah (Mr Fenn’s Nurse) is one of the most friendly and kind ladies I have ever met. She was very caring to me and went above and beyond to help me feel reassured. Claire (Mr Fenn’s secretary) responded to my emails really quickly. She was really organised in scheduling appointments at times that suited me. All of the staff that looked after me at Leeds Spire Hospital were so kind. Especially another nurse, also called Sarah that looked after me during my overnight stay.

As a GP myself, I did extensive research to find the best plastic surgeon ( not just a cosmetic surgeon) for my breast surgery reduction / uplift. I had 2 consultations with Mr Fenn and never felt rushed to make a decision. What to expect was explained in detail. He is cautious but this is important considering plastic surgery is usually patient choice. He is well supported by his plastic nurse, Sarah and secretary, Claire. Both are very approachable and on hand with any queries. The all inclusive package of care that Mr Fenn offers ensures that you are only discharged when wounds are healed with no hidden extra charges.
