Overall experience was very good Hospital could do with more parking
I actually felt listened to. He gave me an explanation for all the symptoms I have been feeling for a long time.
Prompt to see me, very pleasant to deal with. Clear explanation of my scan results. Positive outline of my options. Immediate action on the above.
Mr Quaile was excellent. He put my 88 yo mother at ease and explained everything very clearly. A very personable person
Excellent. Seen promptly . Everything explained succinctly and pleasantly. Clear information about going forward. Already had report. Really appreciated time spent, actually listening to what I said and reassuring manner.
On arriving at the Hampshire clinic, I was greeted by the receptionist who was both polite and helpful. When I met Mr Quaile he was very friendly and we sat down to look at my recent MRI results. He explained what was wrong very clearly and let he know exactly what could be done. I am thrilled to be having my procedure this Monday!
