I saw Mr Quaile a week ago and was advised that I should have an MRI scan. To my surprise I had a phone call yesterday to tell me I had an appointment at 2.15 today! I shall see Mr Quaile again as he can help my damaged spine by giving me an injection, which was his advice. This will help keep me young!

I always find Mr Quaile, polite, pleasant, professional and caring. He always gives good explanations that are easy to understand, especially sharing scans, X rays, and pictures to explain further.

Mr Quaile has a very easy but professional way of explaining things to you. He is very patient and kind and has always put me at ease. I am very nervous about having Procedures done but feel extreamely safe under his care.

Pleasant man at consultation, but did not see him on the day of the procedure before it went ahead. I would have expected Mr Quaile to be present at the bedside beforehand to explain the procedure and associated risks and to be given an opportunity to ask questions. Instead a nurse just asked me to sign a waiver of some sort. I did not see Mr Quaile after the procedure either and felt I was rushed out of the hospital by the (lovely) staff.
