Mr Andrew Evans

Mr Andrew Evans is a leading Consultant Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon with Spire Healthcare and Lauriston Place NHS Hospital Edinburgh. Mr Evans offers a first-class service treating all general ear nose and throat conditions however his special interests include benign and malignant head and neck conditions, thyroid disease, voice disorders and obstructive sleep apnoea assessment and treatment. He is also experienced in treating nasal tumours and skin cancers, along with offering laser surgery for lesions. He remains the only specialist consultant in upper airway reconstruction for snoring and sleep apnoea practising in Scotland

He was awarded his Medical Degree from the University of Edinburgh where He is currently an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Department of Otolaryngology. During his speciality training, he worked in numerous centres of excellence along with a fellowship in head and neck surgery and surgery for snoring and sleep apnoea in Adelaide Australia.

He is a professional member f the Scottish Otolaryngology Society and the British Medical Association and is currently researching pre-cancerous lesions of the larynx.

In his spare time, Mr Evans enjoys spending time with his family and follows rugby.
