Dr Mohannad Ammori

Dr Mohannad Ammori is a highly skilled Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in lower limb reconstruction and joint replacement. With a patient-centred approach, he focuses on delivering personalised care to help individuals regain their mobility and improve their overall quality of life. His clinical practice is dedicated to addressing complex hip and knee conditions, utilising advanced surgical techniques to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

In his clinical practice, Dr Ammori has a particular interest in both primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty. He is highly proficient in innovative surgical methods, including robotic-assisted lower limb arthroplasty and the direct anterior approach for hip replacements. These state-of-the-art techniques are designed to enhance surgical precision, promote faster recovery times, and ensure long-term joint stability for his patients.

Dr Ammori completed his medical degree at the University of Manchester, qualifying in 2011. He went on to obtain a Master of Science in Orthopaedic Engineering with Distinction from Cardiff University. He completed his higher surgical training in the North West of England, followed by prestigious post-qualification fellowships in lower limb arthroplasty, advanced hip arthroplasty, and robotic lower limb arthroplasty. Dr Ammori is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and has been recognised for his academic contributions with prestigious accolades, including the Sir John Charnley Prize and the Charnley Latta Scholarship.
