I had a very positive experience from my initial consultation through to treatment and follow-up. He was professional, reassuring and straightforward throughout, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. I felt very well looked after and confident in his care throughout the whole process.

This doctor was so pleasant and explained in a medical way what was wrong then explained in full lament terms . Wish there was more doctors as pleasant as him.

Was just great to have a chronic knee issue scanned and assessed so clearly with the the options I would have to manage the problem going forward made as simple and clear as possible. I was given an x-ray, then Mr Gupta looked at it with me and completely reassured me about the continuing success of the operation. I have a minor pain that was concerning me but I realise after today’s appointment that my hip bones are in a healthy state. He explained the results of my scans with nice clear language and showed me xrays and scan pictures. He was very reassuring and gave great advice. His maner was friendly and put me at ease
