Miss Sarah Crawley

Dr Sarah Crawley is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). She has over nine years’ experience working in the NHS and now practises as part of Avenue Therapies. Dr Crawley is trained to doctoral level and draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, schema therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and systemic therapy. She has extensive experience supporting adults, young people, couples and families with a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, OCD, relationship problems and trauma. She has a particular interest in supporting parents through challenges related to conception, pregnancy, birth and beyond, and is committed to creating a warm, collaborative and supportive environment where people can explore difficulties and move towards meaningful change.
