Dr Michael Armstrong

Dr Michael Armstrong is a highly skilled and dedicated Dentist who provides comprehensive dental care. He is committed to delivering high-quality treatments that focus on both restorative and cosmetic dentistry, ensuring his patients achieve optimal oral health and confidence in their smiles. His clinical interests span a wide range of dental disciplines, with a particular focus on dental implants and clear aligner therapy. As an accredited Invisalign Provider, he offers modern orthodontic solutions to help patients achieve straighter smiles. Additionally, Dr Armstrong has extensive training in implantology, allowing him to provide advanced dental implant treatments to restore missing teeth. His diverse background includes working in community dental services, private dentistry, and spending time practising abroad in Australia. He also contributes to the profession as an Educational Supervisor, teaching restorative dentistry to postgraduate students.

Dr Armstrong qualified as a Dental Surgeon, earning his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Newcastle University in 2011. He went on to pass the examinations to become a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons (MFDS) at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2013. Committed to advancing his clinical skills, he also completed a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Clinical Implant Dentistry at Newcastle University in 2016. To ensure he remains at the forefront of modern dental techniques, he regularly attends implantology courses and conferences both in the United Kingdom and internationally.
