Overall everything was good, except the lack of communication regarding my extended stay in recovery and me changing rooms. My wife was not informed of any of the changes.

From the very first consultation through to my post-operative care, my surgeon was absolutely outstanding. They supported me at every stage of the journey: pre-injury advice, pre op preparation, the surgery itself, and all the follow-ups and made me feel completely at ease throughout. No question was ever too small or “silly”; everything was answered with patience, clarity, and real care. Their professionalism, skill, and reassuring manner gave me total confidence during what could have been a very daunting experience. Thanks to the ACL reconstruction, I genuinely feel like I’ve been given a new lease of life. The entire process was handled flawlessly, and I’m incredibly grateful for the dedication and expertise shown from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

I was very nervous about my hip operation, miss Maureen Monday put me at ease & explained the procedure , also every member of staff at the Holly Was very friendly and professional, couldn’t fault them.

I felt Miss Monda listened and cared. She carried out a thorough examination and was able to refer me for further treatment which worked. Everything was explained very clearly and I felt very confident in Miss Mondas advice.

Miss Monda is very caring, approachable and understanding. During consultations, both before and after surgery, she listened carefully to my concerns, explained my options and the surgical procedures clearly. I was able to questions freely. Following surgery she visited me early the following morning to review my progress. Throughout the 'journey' from surgery to walking well, which has been long, much longer than expected, and requiring more than the usual number of physiotherapy sessions, she has encouraged and supported me to work hard to gain a good outcome - and to be able to resume activities, that I had no longer been able to undertake.

Ms Monda took time to carefully talk me through the procedure and put my mind at ease. She was very thorough and diligent in her approach.
