Dr Martin Scott-Brown

Dr Martin Scott-Brown is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for patients diagnosed with cancer. Specialising in Oncology, he is dedicated to delivering personalised treatment plans that prioritise patient comfort, safety, and individual clinical needs. Dr Scott-Brown works closely alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure patients receive comprehensive guidance and support throughout every stage of their treatment journey.

Dr Scott-Brown possesses extensive clinical expertise in the management of gastrointestinal malignancies, including cancers of the oesophagus, stomach, small bowel, pancreas, bile ducts, and colorectal system. He also maintains a strong interest in prostate cancer management. In addition to providing routine clinical care, Dr Scott-Brown is actively involved in clinical trial research, overseeing the evaluation of modern therapeutic options such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, chemoradiation, and innovative clinical trial protocols aimed at improving patient outcomes and quality of life.

Dr Scott-Brown earned his medical qualification in 2001 after completing his undergraduate and clinical medical studies at the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford. Alongside his direct clinical duties, he contributes to regional healthcare advancement as the Deputy Lead for Cancer at the West Midlands Clinical Research Network and serves as a Principal Investigator for various national clinical trials.
