Dr Marianne Leach

Dr Marianne Leach is an accomplished Consultant Paediatrician who provides expert, compassionate care for children and young people from infancy through adolescence. Specialising in acute general paediatrics and integrated care, Dr Leach is dedicated to improving youth health outcomes through holistic, patient-focused medical practice. Her reassuring approach ensures that young patients and their families feel supported, understood, and actively involved in every decision regarding their healthcare journey.

In her clinical practice, Dr Leach focuses on general paediatric medicine and ambulatory care, addressing a wide range of childhood health concerns. Her areas of clinical interest include the management of paediatric asthma through integrated clinic models, infant health assessments such as reflux, weight monitoring, and head shape evaluations, as well as the evaluation and treatment of abdominal pain and childhood headaches. She is a strong advocate for multi-professional care, working seamlessly alongside primary and secondary care practitioners to deliver streamlined, high-quality treatment close to home.

Dr Leach holds a Master's degree in Strategic Clinical Leadership from London South Bank University, completed in 2022, alongside a Level 5 Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualification in coaching.
