Dr Marco Mula

Dr Marco Mula is an esteemed Consultant Neurologist and Epileptologist providing expert diagnostic and therapeutic care for patients with a wide range of neurological conditions. He completed his medical degree (MD) and subsequently earned a Doctorate (PhD) in clinical neurosciences. Reflecting his extensive interdisciplinary expertise across neurological and psychiatric medicine, he is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP), a Fellow of the European Academy of Neurology (FEAN), and a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.

Specialising in complex epilepsy and general neurological disorders, Dr Mula focuses on the management of psychiatric and cognitive comorbidities associated with epilepsy, including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, psychosis, and behavioural changes. His clinical practice includes anti-seizure medication optimisation, video-telemetry electroencephalography (EEG) monitoring, and pre-surgical assessments for drug-resistant epilepsy.

Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Mula is an active researcher and Reader in Neurology, contributing extensively to peer-reviewed scientific literature.
