Prof. Maneesh Singh

Dr Maneesh Singh performed my laparoscopic surgery in April 2025 at Thornbury Hospital. He is a brilliant gynaecologist and surgeon and I cannot recommend him enough. I felt empowered to speak freely and openly without fear of judgement throughout my consultations with him. He was so attentive and patiently listened as I explained all my symptoms and any concerns/worries I had. In addition, he was more than happy to answer any of my questions. I felt he really wanted to explore and ‘rectify’ my ongoing issues, and it put me at so much ease that he agreed surgery would be the best way forward for me. This was my number one choice, and Dr Singh’s support to ‘go ahead’ with my decision made me feel ‘heard’ and valued as a patient - it was a huge relief. On the day itself, nothing was too much trouble for him. I even asked if other procedures could be performed throughout my laparoscopy (hysteroscopy and cystoscopy for a thorough examination) and it was no problem at all for him. It took a couple of months for me to get on the right side of things after surgery, but it was well worth it. I have felt the benefits for months now, and haven’t felt this healthy since being a teen. It has totally and completely transformed my life and it’s all thanks to Dr Singh for ‘gifting’ it back to me. I am a different person since surgery - just so happy that I can fully enjoy and embrace life now, after my positive treatment outcome.
