This was the first day of the urology One Stop service by Luke and the team. Absolutely brilliant, simple and efficient. I probably would have had 2-3 separate hospital visits via the "usual" system, with the associated disconnects and stretched timeframes. In the space of an hour and a half, I had a flow test, a review with Luke, a camera check (that uncovered a small bladder tumour that none of us knew about), a further review with Luke and agreement on an action plan (day surgery to remove the tumour and reduce the prostate). Brilliant service and a credit to Luke and the team there ... and to those that commissioned it in the first place. Well done to all.

Very efficient, good staff, all procedures were well explained, all done within one appointment. Excellent experience of the NHS. As a patient, I felt valued and listened to.
