Lucy Mitchell is a highly qualified physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in the field. She earned her physiotherapy qualification in 2009 and has since specialised in treating various musculoskeletal issues. Her expertise covers a wide range of conditions, including ski injuries, running-related problems, and post-operative rehabilitation for both upper and lower limb surgeries.

Lucy has had the privilege of working with prestigious orthopaedic consultants during her time at Kensington Physio and Sports Medicine for the past 7 years. Her collaboration with these experts has allowed her to successfully rehabilitate numerous clients following a range of surgical procedures.

One of Lucy's primary areas of specialisation lies in sports-related injuries. Her experience includes 7 years of working with the London Marathon, where she has gained invaluable insights into treating running-related injuries and various other sports-related issues.
