Dr Lisa Neligan

Dr. Lisa Neligan is a highly experienced General Practitioner (GP) with a special interest in Women's Health and family planning. She graduated from University College Dublin medical school in 2001. Subsequently, she gained valuable experience working in Accident and Emergency (A&E) departments, developing expertise in managing a wide range of medical emergencies.

Following this, Dr. Neligan decided to pursue anesthetics and enrolled in the East Dublin Anesthetics training scheme. During this period, she gained skills in providing anaesthesia and perioperative care, gaining valuable knowledge in this specialised field.

Dr. Neligan's passion for patient interaction led her to transition to a career in general practice. She embarked on a four-year GP training scheme in Dublin, where she received comprehensive training in various aspects of general practice. Since completing her GP training in 2009, Dr. Neligan has been dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. She has worked as a GP in the NHS in Belfast.

Dr. Neligan has a special interest in Women's Health and family planning. Her expertise in this area allows her to provide specialised care and support to female patients at all stages of life.

Dr. Neligan is excited to be part of the Enhanced Private GP service offered by Kingsbridge Private Hospital, where she can continue to provide progressive and comprehensive healthcare to her patients.
