Strength and Power Training

Amber is fantastic! So much so, I’ve recommended her and the clinic to several people so far. She has been a game changer for me.
I hit a plateau back in March with my recovery and since then I’m improving yet again!
We speak about present issues every session I have and then Amber works on them but also gives me advice and expertise aswell as exercises to practise in between our sessions. I can’t recommend them enough.
Other staff in the clinic are so kind and friendly always asking how I am
It’s a life long commitment now for me.
Thank you to everyone there.

Quite simply Rakhee has given me back my life. Having been injured by AstraZeneca Covid vaccine, suffering from multiple severe side effects and in constant daily pain, I am delighted to be finally pain free, with renewed energy. I will be forever grateful for her care. The Perrin Technique works, and her gentle treatment is something I look forward to.
